Bookings & Payments

• All experiences are booked via your personal profile in the Understory booking system.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• All sales are final and non-refundable, but tickets can be transferred to another person if you let us know in advance. Please contact us at 27838190 for transfers.

Participation

• Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrival may result in losing your spot.

• Experiences may involve physical, creative, or meditative activities. Participation is at your own risk, and you agree to follow the facilitator’s guidance.

• Ro Atelier is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.

Changes & Cancellations by Us

• Experiences may be changed, postponed, or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, safety concerns, or other events beyond our control). In such cases, Ro Atelier may offer a refund, transfer, or alternative compensation at our discretion.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry for reasonable causes, including misconduct, intoxication, medical concerns, or failure to comply with these terms.

Liability

• By booking, you confirm you are in suitable health to take part.

• You understand and accept that participation may involve risk of injury or loss.

• Ro Atelier is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from your participation in our experiences.

By booking an experience with Ro Atelier, you agree to these Terms of Trade.
